Sonny Walia is the owner of the newly revamped 2011 Meet The Surveyor.com

His background is varied starting off in the Sales world for many many years for companies such as Norwich Union (now called Aviva), CICA and British Gas, Sonny decided to focus on working within the property investment world.  Once introduced to the property world he was hooked although not so much on the investing for himself but on adding tremendous value to other investors.

After working for some time in 2007 with a number of investors, learning the skills needed to buy investment properties, Sonny  found that there was a need at the point of the valuation where investors felt helpless at the hands of the surveyor and so “Meet The Surveyor’ also known as MTS was born.

A year later in 2009 his second company ‘High Flyers Network’ also known as HFN took shape.  This was formed out a need as he was upset that he didn’t have time to attend a lot of the property networking events that were taking place over the UK.  Sonny started a company that recorded the events and made them available on-line so that people interested in learning about property investing could tap into the events from anywhere in the world. 

Once MTS and HFN were sold on, Sonny focused on honing his skills on the processes of buying property via Below Market Value and also Lease Options.  In 2011 after the unfortunate demise of the previous MTS, Sonny decided that there was still a need for this valuable service so he started another company but kept the same name ‘Meet The Surveyor’   Also brought back are the the service and commitment that the original MTS was founded upon. 

With the additional skills that Sonny learned along the way, he has expanded the MTS brand to include several other services to include, “Due Diligence service” which helps investors get a better idea on what the property is worth in this fluctuating market, and also “Meet The Vendor”  also known as MTV, where the potential investment property is visited prior to the valuation and a full report is written on the condition and potentiality of the investment and photos taken.  This service in particular has helped many of our clients save money that could have cost them dearly if they had gone ahead with deal that were found by MTV to be not worthwhile.

Sonny’s ideal is to serve his fellow man and woman in the pursuit of their property investing dreams and goals.

David started his career in property and commercial lending in 1985 and has over 20 years experience as a business and financial lending expert. He joined the board of one of the largest mortgage brokers in the UK, and has managed in excess of £500m pounds.

In 1989 he started his own company specialising in commercial and investment finance which was turning over £35million and helped to create over 4000 property millionaires.

After being approached by a growing number of investors for help, David decided to set up a coaching and property mentoring business. Since 2004, David has helped over 3000 first-time and experienced investors generate over 200million, and successfully run over 200 mentorship programs and mastermind sessions.

David frequently speaks at various functions and events. He brings years of property and investment experience. His is also an NLP Master Practitioner.
